The new HSI First Aid | CPR AED program using updated 2025 Guidelines has been available to order for several months.

If you are still using the older 2020 Guidelines version of the Adult First Aid | CPR AED program, please take note.

The last day you may issue a valid student certification card for the Adult First Aid | CPR AED program using the 2020 Guidelines is December 31, 2026.

TCs with Instructors who have completed the 2025 Guidelines Update Course and have paid the course fee are eligible to order the updated 2025 Guidelines program, HSI First Aid | CPR AED.

If you have already completed the Instructor Update Course and your TC Director paid the course fee – thank you! If not, please refer to this document for details on how to take the 2025 Guidelines Update Course.

The HSI First Aid | CPR AED program gives you the flexibility to teach 9 different certification options and conforms to 2025 Guidelines. More details about the program are available in the sample Instructor Guide and detailed specification sheet.

Effective July 27, 2026, prices for the 2020 Guidelines Adult First Aid | CPR AED program materials and student certifications will change to match the cost of our new 2025 Guidelines update program, HSI First Aid | CPR AED. 

This pricing will automatically be adjusted in the Otis store on July 27, 2026.

The HSI First Aid | CPR AED program will soon be available in Spanish. Our production team is putting the finishing touches on the translations that go along with the newly updated 2025 Guidelines program.

The HSI First Aid | CPR AED blended Spanish course options and Spanish Skill Guides will be available July 1st, and DVDs will be available later in July. Both options will enable Spanish-speaking Instructors and Students to get full certification in live-saving emergency care skills. 

Filming is underway for the new HSI Pediatric First Aid | CPR AED program with 2025 Guidelines.
