Mental Health and Stress Affecting Safety
This course highlights the critical impact of mental health and stress on workplace safety. It aims to help individuals recognize the signs of stress and poor mental health, understand their consequences, and adopt strategies to manage stress and promote well-being in the workplace.

See Something, Say Something
From cybercrime to human trafficking to workplace violence, we all know the catastrophic damage and pain these crimes can leave in their wake. Yet, many of these situations can be prevented if people speak up and report the unusual activity they witness. Suspicious activity can be many things. It can be subtle and seemingly inconsequential. It can be obvious and lead to disaster. In this course, we talk about certain things we should all pay attention to. For example, unauthorized visitors, body language, or out of place packages or vehicles. We'll discuss signs of drug and alcohol abuse, indicators of human trafficking, and how to report these things when you see them.

Harsh Braking and Harsh Acceleration
The world is full of bad drivers. Do you know someone who starts and stops abruptly, always throwing their foot on the gas or the brakes? It's not a good experience riding with them, nor is it safe being on the road with that driver. And for the record, it's not good for the car, either. In this program, we'll talk about the importance of driving smoothly and consistently, versus using a lead foot. We'll give some tips on how to brake and accelerate smoothly and safely.

Conducting a Performance Review
It's that time of year again- review time! Employees dread getting them and managers hate giving them just as much. For most companies, they are an essential part of the performance management process. This course will cover how to successfully conduct a performance review, turning it into a positive experience for both you and your employee.

Performance Reviews for Employees
These courses will help you showcase your achievements, address challenges, and plan for your career growth, ensuring productive and meaningful performance reviews.

Working with Different Generations
Each generation has its own stereotypes. ”Baby Boomers aren't skilled with technology.” ”Millennials are lazy and entitled.” The list can go on and on. While, of course, these stereotypes aren't true, working with different generations can be challenging. In this course, we'll shed some light on the different generations and talk about what sets them apart. We'll discuss various historical events that have had impacts, go over family and social dynamics that each generation experiences, and list some other factors that affect the different age groups
COURSES:
Working with Different Generations: Introduction to the Working Generations
Working with Different Generations: Working With Baby Boomers
Working with Different Generations: Working With Gen X
Working with Different Generations: Working With Millennials
Working with Different Generations: Working With Gen Z
Working with Different Generations: Collaborating Across Generations

Bad Weather Driving
Driving in extreme weather conditions can be stressful, and it's dangerous if you're not careful. Maybe you've even experienced a moment when you realize your tires aren't getting traction and you start to skid. Your stomach sinks, your heart skips a beat, and you clench your hands around the steering wheel. Losing control of your vehicle, even just for a moment, is a scary thing. So today, we'll talk about driving safely in the rain, snow, and ice.

Managing Time vs. Energy
We all know that time management is the ability to use your time effectively or productively, especially at work. And it's important to do so. We're not here to tell you not to manage your time. In this course, we're going to talk about some different ways to channel your energy, instead of time, in a positive way—based on who you are as a person. We'll discuss sleep habits and managing your energy and ability to focus.
