Leading Your Team Through Change
Not only are you trying to manage YOUR response to the change, but you also have to help your team work through the change, as well. It's a tough job. So in this course, we'll talk through what you can do to help manage change for others. We'll talk about how to handle your team's concerns. We'll discuss various reasons that your team may resist change. We'll talk through how to properly communicate change, how to anticipate your employee's reactions, and how to manage negative responses.

Productivity Through Praise
Praise is an extraordinary tool which can supercharge your team's productivity and morale. This course will show you how to use positive recognition to create a motivated and collaborative workforce. Learn practical techniques to make your praise impactful and see the difference it can make in your team's performance.

Building Confidence

Introduction to Site Security will teach you about the importance of site security, the guidelines and controls your company can put in place to create a secure workplace, and your responsibilities in maintaining site security in your workplace.

Shop Safety
